Scholarships to strengthen lives and our community!
The Towanda Acey College Scholarship is for local High School students. Applicants should be Harrisburg city residents who are currently enrolled as a senior in High School or High School graduate who has not yet reached 21 years of age. Applicants are evaluated on community service, extra-curricular activities, GPA, Neighborhood Center involvement, and written essay.
The Welliver Program Scholarship applications were established to help families to pay for daycare at the Neighborhood Center, who do not qualify for other types of programs, such as CCN or DPW. These scholarships help pay for Preschool, School Year Before and After School Care or all day Summer Care at our facility. Applications are accepted anytime but are only acted on quarterly.
